Located in the San Shay area of New Taipei City (former rural areas that have been absorbed by Taipei) is a tea factory run by Mr. Li Yousheng, who has continued his father's tea business for more than 50 years! 
This is a unique black variety, enhanced by the growers' use of natural elements. They allow an insect infestation. The tea plant fights back by creating a bug repellent. And guess what? It tastes like honey. Let us say it does not repel us!
